Candy Clark
A career spanning over five decades, Candy Clark is an American film actress, known for portraying the role of Debbie Dunham in American Graffiti (1973). Her performance earned her appreciation and several nominations, including an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress. Among her notable works are The Man Who Fell to Earth (1976), The Big Sleep (1978), Blue Thunder (1983), Cat's Eye (1985), The Blob (1988) and Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1992).
The actress has also starred in The Informant! (2009), where she played the role of the mother of Matt Damon's character Mark Whitacre. In addition, she has been a part of numerous television series and reality shows, including Dating Game (1965), Banacek (1973), Magnum, P. I. (1985-1986), Simon & Simon (1986), Matlock (1987), Baywatch Nights (1995), and Criminal Projects (2012-2014). Her other projects include 5 Weddings (2018).
