Karthick Naren

A native of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu and an alumnus of Kumaraguru College of Technology, Karthick Naren is a director and screenwriter who is noted for his work in Tamil cinema. Having started his career with making short films, Karthick had a terrific start to his career as his maiden directorial venture, Dhuruvangal Pathinaaru (2016), a Tamil thriller was both critically acclaimed and commercially successful. His 2018 release includes Naragasooran (2018), a Tamil suspense drama-thriller featuring Arvind Swamy, Sundeep Kishan, Shriya Saran and Indrajith Sukumaran in important roles.
