Ralph Michael Ineson(born 15 December 1969)is an English actor, best known as Dagmer Cleftjaw in Game of Thrones, Amycus Carrow in the last three Harry Potter films, Colonel Ansiv Garmuth in Star Wars: The Last Jedi, William in The Witch, Donald Bamford in the BBC series Goodnight Sweetheart, and Chris Finch in the BBC series The Office.
