Despite learning the truth about Parth and that the foundation of their relationship was built on a lie, Anusha decides to try and lead a life with him. Guruswamy, who doesn't want to live with his wife as he thinks Shruthi is not the right match for him, is also forced to stick on with his wife.
But as it turns out, both Partha and Shruthi are looking for validation from their partners and fight to earn respect from them. Partha collaborates with Shruthi to start a mobile canteen, which becomes a successful venture, but that doesn't earn them the respect they expected from their life partners, instead leading to more complications. Whether Partha reunites with Anusha and Guruswamy and Shruthi lead a happy a life is what keeps one intrigued.
Fortuner highlights the complexities in today's relationships and how the young generation reacts when their expectations fall short. Director J Anivaarya deserves credit for adopting a refreshing approach that strikes the right chord. Fortuner takes you on an emotional journey that doesn't have the regular tropes of commercial films. The songs need a special mention. Diganth and Sonu Gowda have delivered their best.
