Badhaai Ho, starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Sanya Malhotra as the lead pair, continued its heroic run on its third Sunday as it added Rs 3.85 crore more to its kitty. The film’s total collection, after an 18-day run, stands at Rs 104 crore, which is phenomenal, to say the least.
The Amit Ravindernath Sharma directorial, that also features Gajraj Rao, Neena Gupta and Surekha Sikri in important roles, is now ahead of the Ajay Devgn-starrer Raid in terms of earnings. It has now grabbed the ninth spot on the list of highest-grossing Hindi films of 2018.
Badhaai Ho earned Rs 66.10 crore in its first week of release. By the end of its second week, it had earned a spectacular Rs 94.25 crore. It was on its Day 17 that Badhaai Ho went past the coveted Rs 100 crore-mark.
