Malayalam superstar Mohanlal’s newly-released fantasy thriller film, Odiyan, has received stupendous response at the box-office. According to a report by International Business Times, the VA Shrikumar Menon-directed film is estimated to have earned Rs 6.50 crore in Kerala, Rs 90 lakh in Karnataka, Rs 6 crore in Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, US, UK and Australia, Rs 1 crore in other parts of India and Rs 4.42 crore in the UAE on its opening day. If early estimates are to be believed, its opening-day worldwide earnings are around Rs 20 crore.
